These tomato confit are made with roasted roma tomatoes, then confit in olive oil with garlic and rosemary, produced by Produce! in an 8oz container. They have a concentrated, sweet flavor with an herbal touch from the rosemary and garlic that infuses every tomato. Use them alongside cheese and crusty bread, tossed into pasta, on a homemade pizza, or chopped into a salad for a gourmet touch. The leftover olive oil in the jar also works great for dressing or sauteing. Keep them in the fridge once opened and use within a couple of weeks.
