This toffee is crunchy and buttery, packed with toasted almonds and finished with a sprinkle of sea salt that brings out the buttery sweetness. It's made by Lulo's Sweet & Savory in Santurce, in irregularly shaped pieces that show off its handmade character. It's great enjoyed on its own with coffee, crumbled over ice cream, or added to a dessert board to share.
