Heavy cream produced by Tres Monjitas with fresh milk from farms all over the island, without preservatives and free from rBST hormones. It's the only heavy cream made with fresh milk from Puerto Rico, in a 32 oz package. It has a clean flavor and a thick consistency, great for whipping into whipped cream, thickening sauces and soups, or adding body to your favorite desserts. It's also excellent stirred into coffee for a creamier cup. Keep it refrigerated and tightly sealed, and shake it before using if it has separated a bit.
