It is an aromatic light medium roast coffee that offers an exquisite balance between acidity and body, revealing notes of chocolate, nuts and honey in your cup. Jonathan, a very gentle and nice young man manages most production processes, from receiving the ripe beans in the production area to roasting and packaging.
