These pork sausages (butifarra) come in a pack of 4, seasoned with salt, black pepper and garlic, made with pork free of antibiotics or hormones by AlCor Foods at its USDA-inspected Bayamón facility. They come in a 1 lb vacuum-sealed package. Cook them on the grill, in a pan with a bit of oil, or in the oven until browned outside and fully cooked through.
