It's a vegan product made by Baby Blue Artisan Bread in Gurabo, in a 12.5 oz package. The grain blend gives it a soft crumb and a mild, slightly nutty flavor, great for toast, sandwiches or a wholesome breakfast. Try it toasted with avocado and a pinch of salt, or as the base for a turkey and veggie sandwich.
