Rum aged in barrels of Wild Turkey Bourbon for a year, which then passes through a simple filtration before bottling. This golden rum offers the sweetness of a Caribbean rum and a bit of the dryness of the American Bourbon. Soft to take on the rocks and excellent for cocktails. Artisanally produced in "Small Batches" (from the fermentation of the molasses and the distillation to the ageing, finishing and bottling) by Crab Island in Vieques. 750ml bottle.
